Joseph Pilates developed a system of movement that combines the best of Western and Eastern traditions, allowing the mind and body to work together. Pilates is a truely unique experience promising a great workout followed by a feeling of calmness, mental focus, muscle toning and flexibility.
Pilates can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels. Each exercise is designed to develop and strengthen core abdominal and back muscles, in coordination with breathing techniques, controlled movements and stretching.
