“I began my journey with Pilates in 2008, the only prior knowledge I had was a DVD where I tried mat Pilates. Needless to say, I knew absolutely nothing by the time I walked into a studio. During the years, I worked with several instructors and used the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, and Chair. In 2015, I relocated and was fortunate to be introduced to Mel by way of my former instructor.
